Girls' League's Code of Ethics

Girls’ League is an elective club with the main objective of serving our school and community. All school activities must be aligned with the school’s stated goals and objectives established for the intellectual, physical, social and moral development of its students. It is within this context that the following Code of Ethics is presented. 

As a Girls’ League Member, I understand that it is my responsibility to: 

1. Place academic achievement as the highest priority 
2. Show respect for all people I come in contact with 
3. Be an active participant in the classroom and social situations 
4. Maintain awareness that I am always a Girls’ League member and need to act appropriately in all situations 
5. Maintain a respectful image on all Internet social channels 
6. Maintain a helpful attitude in school and in the community 
7. Refrain from the use of profanity, vulgarity and other offensive language and gestures 
8. Abstain from the use of alcohol, tobacco and illegal/non-prescription drugs 
9. Be considerate in any public display of affection 
10. Set a high standard of character for my sisters and myself so others will respect and admire what being a Girls’ League member represents 

By signing my name, I acknowledge that I understand all of the rules and responsibilities of Girls’ League. Furthermore, I am aware of all consequences that I may receive for misconduct of any kind.
