The LQHS counseling team recognizes and responds to the need for mental health services that promote all students' social/emotional wellness and development. While also caring for students' academic and college/career development, school counselors advocate for the mental health needs of all students and will make referrals (when necessary) to community resources for long-term support.
In 2019, GGUSD began our Choose Wellness campaign, Garden Grove Unified School District (GGUSD) began our Choose Wellness Campaign, which focused on the emotional wellness of students, families, and staff members.
