people like people like me people like me people like me don't go to college nobody's ever going to convince me that I'm going to be somebody someday Street read more valid with me and that my vacation my life will be confined by those who doubt me what they're looking up to me and policymakers because me I'm just wondering if I'm wrong who knows maybe I'll even study  so tell me I can't succeed because they can't see past life tell her or how I talk it down to Ne-Yo first generation college student I'm aware of the skills and talents I possess this is my destiny that was me before I would help me see my potential believe in myself you can all that around and now this is my destiny I am aware of the sets to be fixed in the last person our family that's ever going to be first-generation college students muscular how I talk people tell me I can't see but it won't affect how my life is going to turn out maybe I'll even study Physics I'm just one out of a long line of Future Leaders and policymakers play those who doubt my life will be defined by my education convince me that people like me don't go to college
