Next Races & Events:  
Saturday, May 10: CIF Prelims at Ontario HS.  Field events begin at 11:00 AM.  Running events begin at 12:00 PM.  For more information, see CIF Website or CIF Playoff Bulletin
Tuesday, May 13: End of the season Banquet at Dave & Buster's in Orange, 7:00-10:00 PM.  See Coach Maciel for more details.

Schedule:            
During the school year, weekday practices will begin during 6th period and be done by 4:30 pm.
Saturday practice times will depend on location and carpool requirements.
 
What to Bring to Practice:
Every practice you should bring good running shoes, water, a watch, a positive attitude, and good work ethic.  Make sure you are hydrating throughout the day.
