La Quinta High School
La Quinta Parent Association

The LQPA is a membership based parent group designed to support the academic as well as culture and climate goals of La Quinta High School. The group is a vital part of the school community and provides financial and volunteer support for many of our school functions, including: Back to School staff breakfast, Day of the Teacher, Career Speaker Day, Bite of Reality, and many award ceremonies for our students. Parent involvement is one of the foundations of a high achieving and thriving school community. Please join LQPA to support your child’s success.  The LQPA is divided into three parent groups according to languages English, Spanish and Vietnamese. These groups will be getting together once a month on a Wednesday (Same night as Parent Power School) to collaborate on ideas on how to support our school and their children.

PADRES UNIDOS

Padres Unidos is a group of parents dedicated to providing support for the school and a scholarship for deserving students. No membership is required, and all help is welcome as the group prepares traditional Latino dishes for sale at various functions.  This group is aligned with the Latinos Unidos student group and the district-wide Padres and Latinos Unidos programs.
