Unfortunately no more grad nite tickets are available. We cannot facilitate exchanging tickets if a student who has purchased the ticket cannot attend.
All students who have bought tickets MUST have a permission form into the office no later than this Friday, June 16th, 2017 or they will not be permitted to ride the bus.
Advanced Placement Exams will be administered in May 2017. Students will receive information about the exams in January 2017. The information will include an AP Bulletin, AP Registration Instructions, AP Test Application and AP Test Schedule.
The Edwards Lifesciences Scholarship Program is awarding 10 four-year scholarships of $2,500 per year ($10,000 in total) to high school seniors from Orange County, California or Salt Lake County, Utah who are pursuing bachelor’s degrees in STEM fields. We are excited to announce that program is now accepting applications for graduating high school seniors.
Pacific Coast High School summer applications are now available online! Students who are interested in taking Health online, validating a grade in math, English, or history or would like to advance in Trigonometry or Pre-Calculus need to fill out a form online and turn it into the Counseling Center.

Johnathan Vu is from Orange County and attended high school in this community. He is currently finishing up his three year School Psychology program at Chapman University. Johnathan completed his undergraduate degree at CSULB. He is currently working on becoming a Professional Clinical Counselor. We are fortunate to have Johnathan's support at La Quinta.
Attention Juniors! La Quinta is offering, through Princeton Review Test Prep, both ACT and SAT test prep courses for our students. The deadline to register for the ACT test prep course is Friday, February 10, 2017. The deadline to register for the SAT test prep course is Monday, March 6, 2017. La Quinta High School is the first high school in the District to offer Girls Who Code, a nationally recognized program that is designed to close the gender gap in technology.
Our chapter will meet every Monday from 3 - 5 p.m. in the Library. The instructors/sponsors will be Ms. Terry Nguyen and Mrs. Dela-Xiong.
