Next Races & Events: 
Friday 4/26: League Finals at Bolsa Grande.  Running events begin at 5:00 PM.  Release time is 1:25 PM & bus time is 1:45 PM.  Athletes competing in Prelims and/or Finals may ride the bus.  All other athletes need to obtain their own transportation if they wish to attend.
Saturday 5/4: CIF Prelims at Ontario HS for athletes who finished 1st in their events at League Finals (or finished 2nd or 3rd within a qualifying time).  Bus time is TBA.  More information can be found at CIF Prelims
Friday 5/10: Track banquet at Dave & Buster's Orange beginning at 5:30 PM.  Those who wish to attend need to pay $36 to the bookstore by Friday, May 3.

Schedule:            
During the school year, weekday practices will begin during 6th period and be done by 4:30 pm.
Saturday practice times will depend on location and carpool requirements.
 
What to Bring to Practice:
Every practice you should bring good running shoes, water, a watch, a positive attitude, and good work ethic.  Make sure you are hydrating throughout the day.
